Assisted in the development of long-range strategy and short-term goals for a new Strategic Partners program as well as levels of sponsorship for the program in June 1996. Provided a 75-question questionnaire for state associations to exchange information on products and services. In 1994, performed a detailed, complex regional marketing focus group project consisting of four focus groups of membership segments designed to enhance the marketing mix. Results of the focus groups assisted AH&LA in better understanding the customer service needs of their members and focusing their marketing attention on existing and new product development.
