We teach and train boards, affiliates, staffs and other volunteers in governance roles and responsibilities, board and staff evaluation and other leadership subjects. AM+MR teaches a 6 and a 12-hour “E-business Marketing and Communications” course, as well as modular marketing, communications, nondues revenue, volunteer selection and motivation courses designed for national /regional/state association executives in a variety of formats. Our classes are held in Chicago, New York and the Washington, DC area, as well as on site at association meetings and conventions. We have done keynote’s and conference wrap-up sessions for ASAE’s marketing and membership meetings and at a variety of national, state and local allied societies, including NYSAE and the Association Forum of Chicagoland, 10+ allied societies of association executives and other association programs.

audits and analyses; dues and membership restructurings
AM+MR specializes in assisting associations in addressing strategic marketing and member value issues and developing appropriate links between strategic plans, annual work plans, other association plans and the association budget. from one AMC to another. We provide evaluation services, Conduct AMC searches
from RFP management thru migration and management contract development and
negotiations. We provide incubation services and management for newly formed
associations and / or locate them based on their specific needs.
