2. Market and member needs assessment
research in membership, communications and education via surveys, focus groups,
tele-marketing/survey and in-depth interviews
AMMR can take the pulse of your association’s mission,
marketing, communications, membership, or education programs. Whether using in-depth interviews,
tele-marketing, focus groups or detailed needs assessment market research
to identify marketing or governance problems and key issues, AMMR can prepare
findings, recommendations and action plans for their resolve. Ask to see our “easy to read “visually

75-question chapter/affiliate questionnaire covering each functional area for

3. Strategic planning and strategy development
We
assist our clients in conducting environmental scans, reviewing alternative
future scenarios, building a strategic plan and creating the
operational links between plan, operations, budgets and resources. AMMR will
facilitate your strategic planning process, gather preliminary information on
your current operating environments (environmental scan—much more detailed than
a typical SWOT analysis), collaborate on defining your strategic issues,
vision, mission, goals and objectives, tactical initiatives, tying those
prioritized objectives to operational and metric evaluation plans, and writing

issues and developing appropriate links between strategic plans, annual work

assess Association Management Company (AMC) vs. stand-alone operations and
assist in migration and mergers of associations to and from AMC’s and combines.
We conduct full assessments of associations to
evaluate whether or not they should merge or be in a stand-alone environment or
housed in an AMC, or move from one AMC to another. We provide evaluation
services, Conduct AMC searches from RFP management thru migration and
management contract development and negotiations.

provide you with a segmentation and implementation plan to thoroughly integrate
your marketing and communications functions with new INTER/INTRANET / E-Mail / broadcast / distance learning /
WIRELESS (PDA) content/technology applications.
